Praise the Lord!

We just got a full price offer on the condo. If everything goes smoothly we will close on July 17th. We get our new house on July 6th so this is perfect. It will give me a little over a week to paint and move. I hope they don't paint over Charlie's cute room when they move in. That would make me cry!
