Today Charlie got to play with his Auntie Whitney while his mom got her hair done. Because she loves him so much she took him to gelato. Because it is his birthday tomorrow the nice lady gave him an extra scoop.
He chose white peach and mango gelato. Auntie Whitney said he preferred the mango.
He also got to practice his woof woof's with Cedar the dog.
And just to make sure Mom and Dad knew where he had been, they took this picture. Notice the bum in the bottom right hand corner.
He was so tired from eating the entire thing that he couldn't even stay awake to finish his dinner when he got home. I guess gelato tastes better than peas.
It wasn't quite as exciting as the 80's movie Emilie loved so much (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adventures_in_babysitting) but still quite the adventure for Charlie today. Tomorrow Charlie and his buddies go to the zoo to celebrate his first birthday.
