More birthday pics!

Charlie had a great birthday. In addition to getting a party with his friends on Thursday he got to spend Friday hanging with mom and dad doing fun things. He also went to the Dr. and didn't have to get any shots. His 2 year old stats are 30lbs and 35 inches which puts him in about the 75th percentile.

We went to the pet store to pick out Charlie's first pet, a red beta fish.

Meet Color! He is the newest member of our family. His favorite activities are eating, swimming and ramming his nose against his bowl. He also got to enjoy a Happy Meal at McDonald's before Dad went off to the church retreat. Good news, I survived a whole weekend without Brett and with two kids. I barely survived, but I did! We sure were happy when he got home. Then Grandma Mary, Papa Mark and Aunt Katie came down to put together the swingset they bought with Grandma Sue for Charlie's birthday gift! Charlie was a good helper! Here is the swingset all put together. Isn't it awesome? Thanks Grandma Sue and Grandma and Papa Kiser!
