Brett got off a little early Friday so we could hang out as a family. He had a softball game in Puyallup so we planned a day down south. We got to NW Trek a little bit late after sitting in a ton of traffic but had enough time to enjoy the animals. We took a 55 minute tram ride which was pretty cool despite the misbehaving children stepping on our toes that were next to us. It was amazing how close you could get to the moose, elk, mountain goats, bison, skunks, and more!
Then we went to Sonic for hamburgers, corn dogs and cherry limeades. Yum! Charlie thought hot dogs were his favorite food until he tried a corn dog. As you can see he was happy to show me how delicious it was!
Sorry we don't have any pics of Brett's softball game. It started raining and I was chasing Charlie, comforting Della and trying to keep us sort of dry so I didn't take any pics. Had I taken one you would have seen how muddy Charlie was after sliding intentionally into a huge mud puddle in his nice khaki colored shoes.

Talin found that corndogs are his favorite now too! He had one at the Arts and Crafts and wanted "more"!
