Thankful

This is a little belated but I'm finally getting the pics off the camera from Thanksgiving weekend. Brett had to work most of the weekend so he joined us for Thanksgiving day then I stayed behind with the kids. Here are some pics of our fun!

Mama Sue and Della checking out the amazing lights at Biz Point. Charlie said he was going to school in this ensemble. Could Della be any cuter? Naptime! Just kidding. As if they would ever nap in the same bed. I love how they play together these days though, it is super cute. Grandpa brought a bunch of crab home and Charlie was pretty impressed by the pinchers. Aunt Katie and Della wrestling.
Uncle Jon and Della wrestling.
Aunt Whitney and Della snuggling.
Charlie with Mama Mary and Aunt Patty.
A family pic with everybody looking at the camera. What???
Every other picture looked like this. These ones are actually quite funny. The kiddos getting excited about turkey.

Halloween

We had a very fun Halloween weekend. Charlie was supposed to be a robot and Della was supposed to be a ladybug but Charlie was scared of his costume and it was too cold for Della's ladybug costume so, we had Superman and an exhausted little kitty cat Mom and Dad got to dress up also(actually the night before) for a Venetian Carnivale
On Halloween we went to downtown Edmonds and met some friends for trick or treating. This was the best attempt at a family photo.
We met our friends the Lang's and Charlie got to hang out with his fireman buddy, Boaz.
Della thought it was pretty fun to get bundled up and snuggle Daddy. Can you tell how tired we are all by these sleepy eyes? There hasn't been much sleep around our house lately. Charlie was pretty impressed with the amount of candy he got. We found the Heaviland's in Edmonds as well. Isn't Saisha a cute little ladybug? Della also got to play with her friend Levi who is Boaz little brother. This picture cracked me up. Levi is a mellow, serious, sweet and quiet little boy while Della is a loud, rambunctious, excitable little girl. I think this picture says it all.

A little Halloween Preview

We haven't convinced Charlie to put his costume on yet, but we are hoping sometime in the next couple of days he stops being scared of it and puts it on. This little ladybug, however, loves dressing up and has worn this adorable costume twice already this week.
